Zimei Fan focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters and is a member of the Energy & Natural Resources Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s New York office. Bilingual in English and Mandarin, Zimei regularly works with Chinese clients doing business in the United States. In addition, Zimei assists in white collar investigations matters related to suspected economic espionage by Asian Americans.
