Paula Maria De Uriarte González

Paula María focuses her practice on environmental and regulatory law, as well as energy and natural resources. In the environmental practice, she has experience in integral waste management, environmental risk and impact, land use, water, federal maritime-terrestrial zones, atmospheric emissions, urban development and ESG criteria.

Regarding regulatory matters, Paula has participated in the analysis of regulatory compliance in health matters, including food labeling, beverages and products. In the energy practice, Paula has experience in matters related to compliance with obligations in electricity, including renewables, gas and oil. In addition, she has participated in the representation of clients in administrative procedures in environmental, regulatory and energy matters.

Paula María, together with the team of the aforementioned practices, has participated on various articles and alerts related to the matters on which she focuses her practice.
